Limelightlist holds four closed gatherings a year, one each quarter, in a different city. Sixteen members to a table, under Chatham House rules. Travel and accommodation are handled by the concierge.

How a gathering runs

Chatham House rules
What is said in the room may be used. Who said it may not. This is the only rule that is enforced without exception.
No sponsors
No vendor tables and no keynotes from suppliers. A member who pitches the room is asked to leave.
Sixteen to a table
Two sessions of sixteen, so everyone speaks and nobody presents. The dinner brings both tables together.

A place at every table

Membership includes all four gatherings in the year. Places are confirmed in the order applications are accepted.
