Terms
Membership is by application and at our discretion. These are the terms it is offered on.

Membership
Membership is personal to the founder named in the application and cannot be transferred to a colleague, a successor or a company.
We may decline any application without giving a reason. We may end a membership where a member sells to the room, breaches confidentiality, or no longer meets the criteria.
Events
Every session runs under Chatham House rules. What is said may be used. Who said it may not be identified, directly or by implication, in any medium.
Places are confirmed in the order applications are accepted. If you cannot attend a confirmed event, tell the concierge as early as you can so the place can be offered to another member.
Fees and costs
The annual membership fee is set out in your offer of membership and is payable in advance. Travel, accommodation and venue costs arranged by the concierge are passed through at invoice with no margin added.
Conduct
Members treat one another, our staff and our venues with courtesy. Soliciting members for investment, services or employment during a gathering is not permitted unless both sides have asked for the introduction.
Liability
Introductions are made in good faith and without warranty. Members are responsible for their own decisions and for any due diligence they choose to carry out.
Changes
We may update these terms. Members are told of material changes in writing at least thirty days before they take effect.
