What does the Limelightlist concierge do?

The Limelightlist concierge books flights, ground transport and accommodation for every gathering, arranges private meeting rooms in each host city, sets up introductions between events, and organises guests for the working dinner. Members reach it on one number, year round.

Is the concierge included in membership?

Yes. The concierge service is included in Limelightlist membership. Travel, accommodation and venue costs are passed through at invoice with no margin added. Nothing is upsold.

How quickly does the concierge respond?

Requests to the Limelightlist concierge are answered the same working day. Attendance for each gathering is confirmed in a single message once flights, transport and accommodation are booked.
