Privacy
We collect what the application needs and nothing else. This page says what that is and what happens to it.

What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, work email, city and region, your company, revenue band, sector and ownership, a short description of the last twelve months, and the names of your two sponsors.
We do not collect financial documents. Revenue is confirmed in a conversation with your finance lead, and no statements are stored.
How we use it
To assess your application, to write to your sponsors, and, if membership is offered, to arrange your attendance at events and your introductions.
We do not sell or share member information with third parties for marketing. No vendor has access to the member list.
The member directory
The directory is visible to members only. You can ask to be kept off it at application or at any time afterwards, and we will remove you within two working days.
Retention
Unsuccessful applications are deleted twelve months after the decision. Member records are kept for the life of the membership and deleted twelve months after it ends, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the concierge and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores no personal information and does not follow you across sites. It records the page visited, the referring site, the country and the device type, and nothing that identifies you.
