Questions

About Kyoto

Why does Limelightlist hold a gathering on succession?

Most founders with a majority stake have no written succession plan. The Kyoto gathering exists so sixteen founders can work through key-person risk, shareholder agreements that hold under stress, and the difference between a successor and a caretaker, off the record.

Do I need a succession plan to attend?

No. The Kyoto gathering is designed for members who do not yet have one. Members leave with a clearer view of what theirs should contain and introductions to members who have written one.
